Account Benefits Manager
Job Description:
Mindshare Group is seeking an experienced,
detail-oriented, energetic person to join our growing company
as a Benefits Account Manager. This individual will partner
closely with Sales and Service teams to deliver valuable
solutions and support to both existing and new clients. The
primary objectives of the position are to maintain high client
retention and to increase closure rate on new sales.

Our services include Employee Benefits Management, HR Outsourcing Services, and Commercial Insurance and Risk Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Benefits renewal process for current clients, including needs assessment, quoting, plan analysis, network analysis, proposal generation, and facilitation of changes
- Work with the Sales team to run pricing quotes, conduct analysis and generate proposals for new prospects
- Optimize cost-to-coverage for clients and prospects through plan analysis and design
- Create maximum value for clients through implementation of premium services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across all health insurance carriers & related providers
- Act as an expert benefits & plan design resource for others in the company
- Assist in creation and delivery of improved procedures & quality control for the business
- Broadly involved in sales support or client support activities
- Facilitate special projects to improve the customer experience, streamline internal processes and accelerate growth of the business.
- Maintain internal benefits templates used for pricing, analysis and benchmarking
- Refresh & maintain benefits marketing materials & other documents for the sales & support team
- Provide back-up support as needed to Client Services for day-day client support
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Employee Benefits/ health insurance market experience preferred
- Strong team player who works effectively with all employees, partners and clients
- Self-starter and utility player with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Passionate & positive person with the desire to learn, contribute and succeed
- Proven analytical & math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience level.

Account Representative/Sales

Job Description:
As a trusted advisor to owners, executives, and managers of client companies, Account Representative shall drive the evaluation, design and implementation of comprehensive and cost-effective benefits, insurance and/or core business solutions to match the needs and objectives of the client. Account Representative shall exhibit the ability to work with defined channel partners to generate new business leads, effectively qualify opportunities, and pursue closure of new business. Account Representative shall serve as the key relationship manager to portfolio clients. Working closely with our benefits, insurance, HR, accounting and payroll service teams, Account Representative shall work to ensure best-in-class services delivery, and ongoing client growth and retention.

- 3+ years successful sales experience - employee benefits, insurance or HR a plus
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Channel partnership experience preferred
- Work experience in a small or mid-sized company a plus
