Associate Retirement Plan Advisor

The Role

As an Associate Plan Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner clients turn to when they need clarity, precision, and peace of mind in their retirement plan management. Working alongside our Principal/Senior Advisor and the broader Benefits team, you’ll:

Deliver proactive client support with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

Lead annual plan reviews—from plan design and benchmarking to compliance and record-keeper evaluations.

Support investment due diligence and change management processes.

Manage new plan implementations, conversions, and mergers.

Ensure plans stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

Educate and guide plan sponsors and participants to make informed financial decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field).

3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or advising.10

Securities Licensing a plus (Series 65 or 66 + Series 7).
