With over 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll, she brings both deep expertise and a calm, can-do attitude to every paycheck processed and every question answered.

At Mindshare Group, Janene works closely with clients and collaborates with the internal HR and benefits teams to ensure payroll accuracy throughout the entire process. She also supports the growth of Mindshare Group’s HR benefits segment by managing Accounts Receivable with diligence and care.

Throughout her career, Janene has taken on a wide range of responsibilities across payroll, accounting, and finance—from processing payroll and managing employee benefits to handling audits, financial reporting, and full-cycle bookkeeping. She has also played a key role in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes, helping companies streamline operations and improve accuracy. Janene is known for her organization, reliability, and ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organization, along with an A.A. in Accounting—aka, she’s got the credentials to back up the spreadsheets.

When she’s not keeping payroll in check, Janene is either planning her next adventure, hanging out with her family and furry companions, or pretending she didn’t just book a trip based on snacks alone.
