Joanie joined Mindshare Group in 2023, following a 15-year partnership with Mindshare where she served in various HR-related capacities. She is a senior Human Resources leader, consultant, and coach with extensive HR experience in both technology and service-oriented companies. Joanie’s experience as an HR partner and leader, combined with her specialized skills in strategic coaching, team-building, and employee engagement, are essential assets in delivering HR solutions and services to meet the needs of Mindshare Group’s clients.
One of Joanie’s core beliefs is that every employee deserves fulfillment and the opportunity to thrive in their work. Having completed the “Working Genius” certification program from The Table Group and now a certified facilitator, Joanie works with organizations to help employees find greater success and joy in their work.
Joanie earned her MBA from Santa Clara University, bringing a business mindset to her HR thought leadership. As a lifelong learner, Joanie founded her HR consulting business, The Cabo Group, to provide fresh perspectives to a diverse range of companies in the ever-evolving HR landscape.
When away from her business endeavors, you will most likely find Joanie hiking the Bay Area trails, walking with her Golden Retriever (Gracie), seeking the best cappuccinos in any given city, or growing her mindful practices on the yoga mat.
