Kathy’s experience in health care and insurance services began at Kaiser Permanente, where she served in various client-facing roles. She joined Mindshare Group in 2018 as a licensed advisor and Account Manager. Service is very important to Kathy, and this spirit of service is central to her approach to work. Kathy manages the day-to-day administration of employee benefits for her clients, allowing them to focus on more strategic HR-related initiatives and have total peace of mind knowing that Kathy has their benefits to-dos covered.

Kathy graduated from Chico State with a B.S. in Health and Community Service. Following her tenure at Kaiser, Kathy worked as an Account Manager for BeneSphere, a Section 125 “Cafeteria Plan” Administrator, before taking time away from “office-based” work to raise her daughters.

Kathy’s time away from work often finds her hiking, doing puzzles, enjoying live music/performances, and vacationing with her family. Her favorite destination is a tropical beach, anywhere, but she also loves the energy of big cities. A lover of animals, Kathy has many furry, feathered, and scaled pets – mostly inherited from her children. Her teammates at Mindshare Group always look forward to an appearance by one of Kathy’s pets during weekly staff Zoom calls!
