Randa joined Mindshare Group in 2026 as an HR Business Partner. Her extensive experience and impact as an HR leader, consultant, and trusted business partner stem from her commitment to a collaborative and accountable approach to Human Resources. A seasoned, multifaceted HR professional with more than 20 years of experience, Randa has led people, processes, and systems that strengthen organizations and drive measurable business results.
Throughout her career, Randa has developed deep expertise in employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment, benefits administration, and people operations. She has a strong track record of building and rebuilding HR functions, guiding organizations through change, and implementing programs and policies that support both employees and business goals. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Randa works closely with leaders and teams to boost performance, resolve challenges, and create effective, compliant, and people-focused workplaces.
Randa is especially skilled at fostering positive relationships across all levels of an organization and collaborating with employees, managers, and executive leadership to develop strategic HR solutions. Her specialties include organizational development and change, conflict resolution, legal compliance, staff training and development, and strategic planning and execution.
With bachelor's degrees in both Political Science and Social Sciences from Stony Brook University, Randa also holds an HR Management Certificate from Baruch College.
Randa resides in New York and is an avid runner, having completed about 10 half marathons and the NYC Marathon. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and two pups. She has also been a volunteer with the New York Junior League for more than 20 years, serving on numerous committees focused on supporting children and families at risk.
